“I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.”
This month’s affirmations are about forgiveness, and one of the most ancient practices are the Hawaiian mantras of Ho’oponopono. Though they were originally used by Hawaiian healers to eradicate conflict between family members, they are still used today in many practices and cultures. The word literally translates to “to make right”.
They are simple, yet effective. Brief, yet inclusive. Say them out loud daily or use them in meditation and you will find yourself healing.
