Affirmation for anxiety and stress management
One of the common reasons people experience anxiety is that they have an inner need to control the outcome of a situation. Logically, we know that it is often not possible to do this, and when things don’t go the way you want or expect, anxiety can easily and quickly rear its ugly head.
The next time you recognize this inner need creeping in, take a deep breath and say this affirmation out loud, three times:
I release the need to control outcomes
Using this affirmation when you feel anxiety or panic coming on will help calm you down and remind yourself that when you have no control of a situation, there’s no point in worrying about it. It’s time to trust the Universe and let things unfold the way they are meant to be.
