Try this affirmation for reducing stress and anxiety
The next time you find yourself amidst a panic attack or anxiety attack, take a mental step back and say the following affirmation out loud, three times:
With each breath, I inhale calm strength and exhale my fear.
You may already know that taking control of your breath can help calm you when you’re in the midst of a stressful situation. By using this affirmation, you are also helping to bring your mind to the present instead of focusing on the source of your fear, panic, and anxiety.
As with any affirmation, saying it out loud three times will cause the Universe to make it your truth.
