Sessions should be booked online via my website. By booking through my site, you indicate your understanding and agree to the policies set forth on this page.
All sessions are currently conducted via live video, scheduled based upon availability. Custom appointments are also available: Please email me and I am sure we can find something that works for both of us.
Advance payment is required with the exception of any payment plan in place. The payment links on my website accept GooglePay, ApplePay, and Debit/Credit cards. Your session must be paid in full by 48 hours prior to your scheduled time, or your session will be considered cancelled.

Life happens, I understand! The session you schedule is time that I put aside especially for you, and includes quite a bit of preparation time beforehand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible so that someone else may take your spot. Cancelled and rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
Unless mutually agreed to in writing and in advance, clients who are enrolled in a 4-session hypnosis program who cancel a session and fail to reschedule it within 4 weeks of the original session date, are considered to have cancelled and forfeited their program in its entirety. This also applies to clients who reschedule the same appointment 3 or more times. No full or partial refunds are given for cancelled or forfeited programs.
I schedule appointments so that each client receives the right amount of time from me, and gets the full benefit of the services I provide. That’s why it is very important each client keeps their scheduled appointment and arrives on time.
When a client doesn’t show up for an appointment, for whatever reason, I still spend time preparing for their session and then waiting for them at their scheduled time. This is time that they asked me to set aside just for them, and it is a time slot that another client may have booked. For these reasons, no shows are considered to be cancellations and therefore do not qualify for a refund. If you wish to re-book your session after a no show, you are welcome to do so by booking a new session at full price.
Re-booking and Refunds
Cancellations prior to 24 hours before their original appointment time may be rescheduled at no additional charge. As stated above, refunds are not given for no shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
