What is a hypnosis session like?
Before we start your hypnosis sessions, we will discuss your specific goals and what you wish to accomplish. Then I will use that information to customize your session. I’ll put you into a hypnotic state and speak to your subconscious, filling it with imagery to help you achieve your goals. After the session, you will feel very relaxed, and you may notice changes taking place as soon as the first 24 hours.
Although one session may be enough for you, most clients need at least 3-4 sessions, and some need even more. For this reason I have a discount for purchasing multiple sessions at once.
